Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Laundry Attendant ensures that all hotel and food‑and‑beverage linens are cleaned, pressed, folded and stored to the highest standards. Working in the Four Seasons property in Tunis, you will support the housekeeping and F&B teams by delivering fresh, crisp linens for guest rooms, restaurants and spa areas.

Key responsibilities

• Sort soiled linens, separate stained or damaged items and load/unload dryers while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare wet linens for finishing, operate ironing equipment, and stack, hang and organize finished products.
• Fold and organize towels, robes, rugs and washcloths using manual and automated methods, and place them on designated racks.
• Operate and maintain laundry and folding equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Follow company policies, safety and hygiene standards, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality presentation.
• Ability to follow workplace safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift laundry loads and perform repetitive tasks.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
