L2 Functional Support Apprentice – MES

About the role

FORVIA Informatique Tunisie is looking for an L2 Functional Support Apprentice to join the Apps rollout & L2 MES Support EMEA team. You will provide second‑level support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and help improve its efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level end‑user support for MES applications.
• Identify and implement improvements to the MES support process.
• Collect local site requirements, draft functional specifications and obtain validation.
• Participate in MES project implementations and new functionality roll‑outs as needed.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Adhere to FORVIA’s Code of Ethics and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanics, Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or supply‑chain processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment, both written and oral.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and adapt to changing requirements.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IT concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience or interest in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) environments.
