About the role

Join a fully remote team delivering exceptional customer support in German and English. As a Kundenberater you will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, helping a diverse e‑commerce clientele while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality assistance via phone, live chat, and email in both German and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, offering timely and effective solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, organized, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce and CRM systems.
