About the role

Join a fully remote customer service team where you will provide bilingual support in German and English to a diverse e‑commerce clientele. You will work from your home office, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email while representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, live‑chat messages, and email tickets in German and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Personalise each interaction to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience using Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
