Key Account Booking Agent for UK & French Market

About the role

Free2move is expanding its operations in the UK and seeks a Key Account Booking Agent based in Tunisia. You will be the main contact for UK and French dealership partners, handling vehicle sourcing, invoicing, warranty compliance and payment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day back‑office operations for vehicle bookings and warranty claims.
• Support UK dealership partners with invoice submission, tracking and reimbursement.
• Source vehicles and coordinate bookings according to customer requests.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment status.
• Identify operational issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and communicate daily with dealerships via email and phone.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service, B2B support, operations, invoicing or the automotive sector.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with CRM or operational management tools (a plus).
