Sales Development Representative – US Market

About the role

Free2move is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to generate new business opportunities for its Fleet On Demand offering in the United States. You will own the prospecting pipeline, engage decision‑makers and qualify opportunities before handing them to Mobility Managers. The role focuses on high‑quality outreach and converting prospects into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a targeted pipeline of US‑based B2B prospects, identifying relevant companies and decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and SMS, maintaining a consistent cadence.
• Lead qualification through discovery conversations, assessing buying intent, budget and implementation timelines.
• Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Mobility Managers, providing detailed briefs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales, outbound prospecting or SDR experience targeting the US market.
• Excellent command of American English, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of US business culture and B2B sales practices.
• French proficiency is a significant plus.
