Junior Odoo Developer (1-2 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Odoo Developer with 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience to join our on‑site team. You will work on implementing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP/CRM solutions for internal projects and client engagements, gaining exposure to a fast‑moving ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.
• Create and modify custom modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
• Design views, QWeb reports, and website templates with XML.
• Configure automated actions, server actions, and workflows.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems via REST and XML‑RPC APIs.
• Migrate and import data between Odoo versions or from external sources.
• Fix bugs, test new features, and provide post‑deployment user support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to gather requirements.

Required skills

• Python programming and object‑oriented concepts.
• Odoo framework knowledge (ORM, models, fields, inheritance).
• XML, QWeb, and basic front‑end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• PostgreSQL and SQL query proficiency.
• Git version control.
• Experience with REST and XML‑RPC API integrations.
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh or Linux server deployment (a plus).
