Sr. Project Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior project management specialist to act as the operational bridge between our ANZ Category Team and the functional teams based in Tunis. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning strategy into actionable delivery, coordinating stakeholders across time zones and ensuring projects move smoothly from ideation to live‑on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑regional alignment by leading stand‑ups and synchronising priorities between ANZ and Tunis teams.
• Identify, track and resolve complex project dependencies and operational blockers before they affect delivery timelines.
• Implement and enforce rigorous process standards, quality gates and workflow pipelines to prevent queue accumulation.
• Maintain pristine Jira board hygiene and generate data‑driven insights using Looker or Jira reports to optimise team velocity.
• Continuously evaluate squad processes, pinpoint inefficiencies and execute improvements to raise process maturity.
• Manage capacity and incoming request queues, shielding the Category Team from administrative overload.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a senior project manager or delivery specialist managing cross‑functional, international projects.
• Hands‑on experience establishing delivery frameworks, quality gates and workflow optimisations.
• Expert‑level mastery of Jira and experience with reporting/analytics platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve blockers, mitigate risks and push back constructively when standards are not met.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote, multi‑time‑zone collaboration.
• Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
