About the role
Hydatis, a French‑Tunisian IT services company, is looking for a Java Developer to design and build robust backend systems for its clients across France, Europe and Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring / Spring Boot).
- Write efficient, well‑tested, maintainable code following best practices.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required profile
- Solid experience with Java and the Spring / Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Good understanding of REST API design, SQL and unit testing (JUnit).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily workflow.
