IT Support Engineer – Laptop Build & Setup

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to perform onsite laptop build and setup activities for a client in Mégrine, Tunisia. This short‑term assignment (approximately 2 hours) involves preparing laptops according to deployment specifications and ensuring they are ready for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laptop build and setup at the client site.
• Configure and prepare laptops as per deployment requirements.
• Ensure systems are properly installed and operational.
• Coordinate with the remote support team when needed.
• Verify successful completion of laptop configuration and setup activities.

Required profile

• Basic IT support knowledge.
• Experience with laptop imaging and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience providing end‑user support.
