About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to perform onsite laptop build and setup activities for a client in Mégrine, Tunisia. This short‑term assignment (approximately 2 hours) involves preparing laptops according to deployment specifications and ensuring they are ready for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Perform laptop build and setup at the client site.
- Configure and prepare laptops as per deployment requirements.
- Ensure systems are properly installed and operational.
- Coordinate with the remote support team when needed.
- Verify successful completion of laptop configuration and setup activities.
Required profile
- Basic IT support knowledge.
- Experience with laptop imaging and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Experience providing end‑user support.
