IT Support Associate – Onsite (Tunis, Tunisia)

About the role

JTI is seeking an Onsite IT Support Associate to join its Tunis office (Lac 2). You will work directly with end‑users, handling English‑language support requests face‑to‑face and providing advanced technical assistance across the NWA Cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical assistance and support for IT tools and systems.
• Advise users, propose solutions, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Fill skill gaps to ensure optimal use of client IT assets.
• Rapidly address system failures or interruptions to minimise impact.
• Continuously improve IT system availability and reliability.
• Assist the IT team in identifying and clarifying infrastructure needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Systems, Networks, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in an IT support or similar discipline.
• Fluent oral and written English and French.
• Good understanding of sales and distribution environments.
