IT Process Consulting Expert (SIGIP ERP)

About the role

LEONI is seeking an experienced IT Process Consulting Expert to support its global automotive wiring systems business. You will work on analyzing, designing, and implementing divisional business requirements using the SIGIP ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a process consultant to analyze, design and implement business requirements across divisions.
• Participate in cross‑module support and global projects.
• Assist in defining and streamlining business processes.
• Gather requirements from key users and department heads.
• Perform SIGIP‑ERP configuration changes and document them.
• Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop training material and deliver user training.
• Maintain documentation for SIGIP ERP processes and prepare status reports for management.
• Provide first, second and third‑level SIGIP support for IT service tickets.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven SIGIP analyst experience and ERP configuration background.
• Experience leading small‑ to mid‑size projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Very good English; German and VCM experience are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with global support teams.
