International Recruiter – German Speaker (Technical & Engineering)

About the role

As an International Recruiter for the German‑speaking market, you will support TMC Tunisia’s growth by sourcing and placing technical and engineering talent for clients in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, digital & IT, and life sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and referrals.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews in German and English and assess technical and behavioural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of international recruitment experience, including the German market.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering profiles.
• Professional working proficiency in German (spoken and written) and good English.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
