Inhouse Consultant – Order to Cash

About the role

The Inhouse Consultant – Order to Cash will lead the design, standardisation and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end O2C process landscape. Based in Tunis, you will work closely with global BPM, IT and Commercial teams to translate business needs into scalable, SAP S/4HANA‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise the full Order‑to‑Cash cycle from opportunity to cash collection.
• Analyse customer‑facing processes to identify efficiency levers and value‑creation opportunities.
• Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and SAP S/4HANA, translating requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
• Lead process‑mining initiatives using tools such as Signavio to uncover bottlenecks and automation potential.
• Plan, lead and control middle‑management projects, coordinating work packages and functional teams.
• Manage project workstreams independently, ensuring scope, timeline, risk and budget are met.
• Define, monitor and report O2C KPIs and dashboards, turning data insights into actionable decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management or Process Engineering, preferably in a consulting or strategic environment.
• Strong focus on Order‑to‑Cash or Lead‑to‑Cash processes.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA O2C (SD module) and exposure to FI/AR, MM or CPQ.
• Hands‑on experience with process‑mining tools.
