About the role
The Industrialization Manager will lead planning, supervision and execution of industrialization projects for special machines, ensuring high quality, cost‑effectiveness and on‑time delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, supervision, and execution of industrialization projects.
- Define project objectives, required resources and develop schedules.
- Coordinate cross‑functional and international teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor progress, take corrective actions and ensure projects meet quality, safety and budgetary targets.
- Supervise production teams, drive continuous improvement and achieve production targets.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience managing industrialization, manufacturing or production projects.
- Strong leadership, people management and project management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
