Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator

About the role

Kromberg & Schubert-Beja, a German-based subsidiary in north-west Tunisia operating in automotive wiring harnesses, is looking for an Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator. The role manages and optimizes technical processes and plays a key part in launching and improving new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the team's activities, assign tasks according to members' skills and monitor projects rigorously; organize and moderate group meetings to track progress and action plans.
• Organize the start of new projects with a detailed schedule, coordinate resources and oversee startup phases so deadlines and productivity targets are met.
• Work with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to integrate new processes, and manage project-related investments within the allocated budget.
• Standardize workstations and improve process efficiency.
• Implement monitoring indicators, report regularly, analyze KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Higher technician diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the wire harnesses industry.
• Good communicator with strong listening skills, solid negotiation and conflict-management skills, and proven leadership.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and work method optimization.
• IATF 16949 standards and quality tools such as FMEA and MRPG.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools.
