Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator

About the role

Join Kromberg & Schubert’s plant in Beja as an Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator. You will lead the launch and monitoring of new projects, optimise technical processes and ensure seamless collaboration across quality, production and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Functionally manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, assign tasks based on skills and monitor project progress.
• Organise project start‑ups, create detailed schedules, allocate resources and track milestones to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to integrate new processes and control project‑related investments within budget.
• Standardise workstations, improve process efficiency and implement performance indicators.
• Analyse KPIs, generate regular reports and drive corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Higher technician diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the wire‑harness industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to manage stress, prioritise tasks and resolve conflicts.
