HSE Supervisor

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives at BIC World’s manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of risk prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on risk evaluation and define safety, hygiene, and environmental policies.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure site compliance, including updating occupational risk assessments and environmental analyses.
• Implement and maintain the site’s HSE management system and conduct routine inspections and audits.
• Develop prevention programs to reduce incidents, occupational accidents, illnesses, and environmental impact.
• Organize emergency response plans in collaboration with maintenance and maintain the accident register.

Required profile

• Superior Technician, Master or Engineer degree in Quality, Health, Safety, or Environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and ISO 19011 standards.
• Experience with internal audits and quality tools such as PDCA, QRQC, 5M, 5S, 5Why.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
