HR Project Manager

About the role

As an HR Project Manager at Regnology, you will join a dynamic international HR team and lead the planning, execution and delivery of M&A integration projects and other strategic HR initiatives. Based in Tunisia, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while aligning global HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR project lifecycles, including M&A integrations, policy harmonisation and tools implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑border project activities, monitor risks, track progress and produce status reports.
• Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement throughout each project phase.
• Design and implement operating models, processes and organisational change initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT and business leaders to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes such as payroll, reward and performance management.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a self‑directed working style.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑changing setting.
• Excellent English communication skills and based in Tunisia.
