HR Intern – Support Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Tunisia Country Office is looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist the Human Resources team in daily recruitment and onboarding activities. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a multicultural, development‑focused environment while contributing to UNDP's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing presentations and information sessions on recruitment processes, flexible work arrangements, and performance evaluation.
• Help organize and update induction materials, including training modules and welcome kits for new staff.
• Support colleagues in onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Contribute to the preparation of recruitment documentation and HR reports as needed.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in Human Resources.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, international team.
• Commitment to UNDP’s values of inclusion, equity and leaving no one behind.
