HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive manages a range of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance. The role calls for strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a commitment to building a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment by posting vacancies, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding, including orientation and initial training, and follow up with new hires
• Implement training plans and help identify training needs, then evaluate training programs
• Help with offboarding through exit interviews and feedback collection
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and help resolve minor conflicts
• Review turnover and survey reports with the station/country manager and help address retention issues
• Maintain knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and create and update local policies and the employee handbook
• Organize social events, career development programs and administer a rewards system

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of HR or related experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent verbal and written English

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HR software such as an HRIS
• Administrative, documentation and stakeholder management skills
