HR Employee Partner

About the role

Draexlmaier, an international automotive company, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Partner to join its HR team at the Jemmal plant. The role covers key HR processes, employee records and administrative support so that HR operations run smoothly. It is a full-time position under a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity
• Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation
• Support recruitment activities with hiring managers and recruiters
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism and leave management
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and labour law matters
• Support performance management, evaluations and productivity bonus administration
• Analyse HR KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
• Foster positive employee relations and work with employee representatives
• Implement retention and engagement initiatives to reduce turnover

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, able to prioritise
• Ability to build professional relationships across all levels
• Accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
