HR Coordinator – Hotel Operations (Local Resident)

About the role

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts in Djerba as an HR Coordinator, supporting and coordinating all human‑resources activities for the hotel operation. You will ensure compliance with Tunisian labour regulations, manage the employee lifecycle, and help create a positive employee experience in line with TUI standards. Only candidates with the right to live and work in Tunisia will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and prepare company acts related to employment and labour relations.
• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, terminations, fixed‑term contracts, job advertisements, and employee insurance and benefits.
• Monitor and manage employee rights, health, pension and disability insurance entitlements.
• Coordinate workforce planning, including staffing analysis, surveys, and training initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, contract management, employee benefits, and off‑boarding processes.
• Participate in candidate screening, selection and recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable labour legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills, composure and ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
