HR Coordinator – Hotel Operations (Djerba, Tunisia)

About the role

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as an HR Coordinator in Djerba, supporting and coordinating all human resources activities for the hotel operations. You will ensure compliance with labour regulations, manage employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience aligned with TUI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and prepare general company acts related to employment and labour relations.
• Prepare individual HR documentation, including employment contracts, terminations, seasonal contracts, job advertisements, and employee insurance and benefits.
• Monitor and manage employee rights, health, pension, and disability insurance entitlements.
• Manage workforce planning activities such as staffing needs analysis, surveys, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contract management, employee benefits, and off‑boarding processes.
• Participate in candidate screening, selection, and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable labour legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR/People qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills, composure, and proven ability to resolve conflicts professionally.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
