Head of Production and Infrastructure Management

About the role

LEONI, a global leader in automotive power distribution and connectivity, is seeking a Head of Production and Infrastructure Management for its Tunisia operations. You will lead the production and infrastructure teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure high performance across the unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Production and Infrastructure Management organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and drive initiatives related to production and infrastructure management.
• Define standards, governance, and processes within the area of responsibility.
• Develop and control budgets for activity development.
• Manage multiple sub‑units, proposing and implementing measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 10 years of experience in Production and Infrastructure Management.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in a multinational automotive environment.
• Proven project management experience and strategic mindset, able to work under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French (C1 level).
