Head of Corporate – Wholesale Banking

About the role

The Head of Corporate will lead the Corporate franchise within Bank ABC Tunisia's Wholesale Banking Division, reporting directly to the Head of Wholesale Banking. The role focuses on growing and protecting the corporate client portfolio, driving revenue, and ensuring robust risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account strategy to increase revenues, loans, and deposits while reducing concentration risk.
• Lead deal origination, maintain existing relationships, and expand the client base through cross‑selling and product penetration.
• Oversee credit and risk management, ensuring timely CAF approvals, renewals, and escalation of red flags.
• Drive portfolio productivity by re‑pricing, improving return matrices, and enhancing CASA composition.
• Provide leadership, attract and develop talent, and foster a culture aligned with Bank ABC values.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver accurate and timely services to corporate clients.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and credit skills with deep knowledge of the Tunisian market and sector trends.
• Extensive experience in corporate banking, client relationship management, and credit administration.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives of major companies.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing high‑performing teams.
