GTM Enterprise Account Executive

About the role
Solaya is seeking a full‑time remote GTM (Go‑To‑Market) Enterprise Account Executive to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for enterprise customers. You will generate leads, conduct consultative sales conversations, and drive revenue growth by building strong, long‑term relationships with large accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target verticals.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Deliver customized sales presentations and demos that address client needs.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape sales strategies and inform product roadmap.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in software sales and lead generation with a strong pipeline.
- Extensive account‑management experience with enterprise‑level clients.
- Track record of consultative selling and consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Self‑motivated remote worker with excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
