About the role

Join a mission‑driven startup that connects local food businesses with consumers to fight food waste. As the Growth & Marketing lead you will shape the engine that rescues meals and builds a community around sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise the backend APIs that power the platform (NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, Bull queues).
• Develop and execute data‑driven growth campaigns across digital channels.
• Craft compelling brand stories, content and messaging that inspire user action.
• Build and nurture an engaged community of users and ambassadors.
• Collaborate with product and design to create a seamless, high‑performance user experience.
