About the role

Maaarpay is seeking a motivated Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for its next‑generation digital payments platform. You will work in a fast‑growing FinTech environment, collaborating with product, design, and business teams to scale the business globally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute user acquisition and growth strategies.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, X, Reddit, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content and social media campaigns that drive awareness and conversions.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Increase customer acquisition, retention and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on growth initiatives.
• Drive app downloads, user engagement and community growth.
• Build and manage Maaarpay’s presence across multiple digital platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in FinTech, crypto, payments or financial services is a strong advantage.
