French-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

The Flex is looking for a French‑Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to be the primary point of contact for guests and landlords using its global rental platform. You will guide users through the entire journey—from inquiry to checkout—ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Assist users with reservation, check‑in, and check‑out processes using The Flex’s Property Management System.
• Investigate and resolve issues quickly while maintaining an empathetic, solution‑focused approach.
• Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams to identify recurring issues and propose enhancements.
• Identify upselling opportunities and foster long‑term relationships with guests and landlords.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or tech‑enabled platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and composure under pressure.
• Tech‑savvy with a problem‑solving mindset.
