French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to assist our customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will deliver friendly, accurate assistance in both languages, helping customers track orders, understand products, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to solutions.
• Log all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to stay updated on priorities and product knowledge.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
