TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to provide non‑voice assistance via chat and email. This fully remote position focuses on delivering clear, timely solutions and a positive experience for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through chat and email in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
