FinTech Product Manager

About the role

ProsperUs Technologies is seeking a motivated Product Manager to shape and deliver innovative digital financial solutions. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, turning market opportunities into impactful product features.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize user requirements through feedback, business input, and data analysis.
• Own and manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support product releases, documentation, and go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably within a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile product development processes.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision making and KPI tracking.
