Senior Consultant – Transaction & Corporate Finance

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant to support its Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) practice, covering due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, economics and lead advisory. The role involves executing and coordinating engagements and delivering strategic insights to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, economics and lead advisory engagements.
• Prepare and review reports, financial analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Support clients in strategic decision‑making by providing insights, analysis and recommendations based on project findings and market trends.
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams across EY offices to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong academic background (e.g., CES Révision Comptable, CFA, master’s degree in finance, accounting or related fields).
• Outstanding financial analysis, valuation and modeling skills.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in financial audit, transaction services, deal advisory, corporate finance or private equity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
