About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Filmmaker role is based in Tunis, Tunisia, within a digital marketing agency that creates authentic multimedia content for brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive, plan and direct video projects that align with client brand strategies and campaign objectives.
• Develop concepts and scripts, plan shoots, and coordinate with creative and marketing teams.
• Oversee film and video production on set, managing camera, lighting and audio capture.
• Manage post‑production workflows, including editing, color correction, sound design and visual enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and digital marketers to optimise video assets for various platforms.

Required profile

• Strong skills in film direction and production, able to lead projects from concept to final delivery.
• Proficiency in video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting and audio capture.
• Experience with post‑production processes such as editing, colour correction and sound design.
• Effective scriptwriting ability to create engaging narratives that match brand messaging.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social‑media platforms for video content.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video work and strong visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management skills.
• Relevant education in film, media, communications or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is an advantage.
