Graphic Designer & YouTube Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a visually sharp, data‑informed Graphic Designer who also acts as a YouTube Strategist. You will lead thumbnail creation and packaging strategy across our French‑ and English‑speaking YouTube channels, working closely with editors and content strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact 16:9 thumbnails optimized for mobile and desktop, ensuring strong visual hierarchy and curiosity‑driving design.
• Develop complementary title‑thumbnail combinations that intrigue viewers without duplicating on‑screen text.
• Analyze YouTube Studio analytics (CTR, impressions, retention) to diagnose low‑performance packaging and propose redesigns.
• Monitor visual trends, conduct market research, and integrate modern benchmarks into weekly workflows.
• Utilize Photoshop, compositing, and generative AI tools to accelerate asset generation while maintaining design control.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, image retouching, color grading, and compositing.
• Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, CTR optimization, audience psychology, and A/B testing.
• Professional fluency in both French and English to adapt packaging concepts across markets.
• Comfort using AI tools as creative aids for faster workflow.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑performing YouTube thumbnails with measurable results.
