Factory Planning Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Factory Planning Specialist to analyse and optimise the utilisation of our production facilities. The role will support global footprint engineers and drive standardisation across sites, ensuring efficient material flow and reduced waste.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current space utilisation and identify under‑used areas.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance shop‑floor efficiency.
- Support global footprint engineers and contribute to standardisation initiatives.
- Propose and implement solutions that optimise shop‑floor space usage.
- Reduce unnecessary movement and improve internal material flow.
- Support operational growth and industrial transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in layout/design tools, preferably AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
