About the role
LEONI is seeking an Expert HSEE to lead safety, health, environment and energy initiatives at its Sousse site. You will implement the HSEE strategy, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform HSEE investigations, studies, analyses, inspections and reporting.
- Implement site HSEE strategy and prepare internal release instructions.
- Consolidate and monitor site HSEE KPIs and support status reporting.
- Organize waste management, recycling and ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct environmental and safety trainings and create emergency plans.
- Plan and execute internal audits, incident investigations and safety inspections.
- Authorize production stops to mitigate unsafe processes.
Required profile
- Engineering or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety, Health, Environment & Energy.
- Fluent French and English (C1 level).
