EPC Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Renvolt Energy, a subsidiary of Voltalia, is looking for an EPC Project Manager to lead renewable energy construction projects from the study phase through hand‑over to Operations & Maintenance. You will be the central point for site activities, ensuring technical quality, safety, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all people and activities on construction sites, from design to hand‑over.
• Define technical feasibility, equipment and personnel requirements, and coordinate site visits.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs and budgets in collaboration with senior managers.
• Identify technical specifications for contracts and ensure alignment with engineering standards.
• Coordinate design plans, support procurement processes, and initiate purchase requests.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets and schedules for the investment committee.
• Prioritise interventions based on customer requests, equipment availability and alternative solutions.
• Control waste management on site and monitor material supply orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing EPC projects in the renewable‑energy sector.
• Strong ability to define technical feasibility and project requirements.
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills, with responsibility for investment committee deliverables.
• Hands‑on experience with site coordination, procurement and contract management.
• Ability to work on‑site and lead multidisciplinary teams.
