English Language Coach (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time English Language Coach for our Wall Street English centre in Tunis. In this on‑site role you will guide learners to achieve their English language goals through practical coaching, interactive group sessions and personalized one‑on‑one support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive sessions for small groups
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
• Participate in organizing communication and networking workshops
• Guide learners to achieve English language goals through practical coaching and personalized support
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage class schedules and various administrative tasks

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in English language instruction with focus on speaking and listening
• Ability to provide personalized coaching and adapt lessons to individual needs
• Organizational skills to monitor progress and give regular feedback
• Customer service orientation
• Experience facilitating small group workshops or individual tutoring
• Passionate about education, languages, and delivering excellent customer service
