Elevate Functional Advisor

About the role

Medius is looking for an Elevate Functional Advisor to join the Functional and Technical Adoption team within Customer Success. In this international role you will act as a trusted advisor for high‑profile customers, helping them unlock the full value of Medius’ spend‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers across the globe to guide their automation and adoption journey.
• Drive product adoption, optimize finance workflows and improve process efficiency using the Medius suite.
• Provide functional expertise on accounts‑payable and spend‑management best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration.
• Deliver training, workshops and ongoing support to maximize customer ROI.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance processes, especially accounts payable and spend management.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with international, high‑profile customers in a SaaS environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Medius product suite knowledge.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization concepts.
