Education & Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Education & Enablement Specialist will design, build and deliver learning programs for Medius' internal delivery, support and customer success teams, as well as for customers and partners. This fully remote position is based in Tunis and focuses on preparing teams for new product releases, regulatory changes and overall product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, covering product and technical enablement.
• Create enablement content for new product releases and regulatory updates, ensuring internal teams are ready before customer rollout.
• Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions, and develop self‑paced learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to source, validate and maintain accurate product content.
• Contribute to customer and partner course production, including lesson plans, narration scripts and knowledge checks.
• Track completion and effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve them.

Required profile

• Experience designing and delivering training on SaaS software for internal teams, customers or partners.
• Strong instructional design fundamentals, including observable objectives and scenario‑based assessments.
• Professional‑level written and spoken English; ability to facilitate sessions for English‑speaking audiences.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple programs and deadlines in parallel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• LMS platforms (experience required; WorkRamp a plus).
• Instructional design and content authoring tools.
• Video creation and interactive content development.
• Facilitation of live and virtual audiences.
