About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team in Tunis. The role involves maintaining clean kitchenware and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant and back‑of‑house areas.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing stations and trash compactors.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment using the 3‑compartment sink and appropriate chemicals.
• Inspect, sort and re‑wash items that are not clean, and properly store cleaned wares.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables, rotate stock and ensure proper placement of clean items.
• Empty and maintain trash cans, dumpsters and recycling bins; break down cardboard and glass for disposal.
• Clean and mop assigned areas, including kitchen, store rooms and dining spaces.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies, report maintenance needs and attend required training.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull and stoop.
• No formal education or prior experience required.
• Clear, professional communication and a team‑oriented attitude.
