Data Operations Specialist – Day Shift

About the role

The Data Operations Specialist will join the Marketing Analytics & Insights team in Tunis, working day‑shift to build a robust data foundation that powers global marketing decisions. Reporting to the Data Operations Manager, you will collaborate with data analysts, data scientists and marketing stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data clean‑up, auditing and monitoring of customer and prospect data flows.
• Identify, analyse and resolve data quality issues, continuously improving collection processes.
• Perform regular data quality audits and maintain detailed knowledge of databases and data structures.
• Work closely with Marketing managers and Customer Care to understand behaviour patterns and data challenges.
• Support the privacy team in maintaining GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate with technical teams to follow up on identified issues.
• Collaborate on process‑automation initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Document and maintain Data Operations procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Proficiency in SQL Server and Snowflake; Python is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with marketing or direct‑mail data is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Looker and AWS is a plus.
