Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to ensure the highest level of software quality for SKY PAY’s fintech solutions. The role involves both manual and automated testing of digital payment and financial service platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review system specifications, user stories, and business requirements for feasibility.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of fintech products, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to improve test coverage.
• Detect, track, and document software defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Perform regression, post‑release, and load testing to validate updates and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product managers throughout the Agile lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of PSP systems, payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with project management, QA methodologies, and Agile development frameworks.

Required skills

• Test management tools: qTest, Zephyr, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman.
• SQL for database validation and performance analysis.
• API testing and automation frameworks.
• Scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Java.
• Knowledge of blockchain‑based payments, AI‑driven fraud detection, and smart contract verification (plus).
