Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Ouinex is a next‑generation fintech platform that combines crypto, derivatives, social trading and traditional financial markets. As the company expands, it seeks motivated Customer Support Specialists to join its Djerba office and become a primary point of contact for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email and other channels.
• Assist with account questions, deposits, withdrawals, trading, verification and platform navigation.
• Investigate issues thoroughly and follow through to resolution.
• Escalate technical or operational problems while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product and Technical teams.
• Contribute to FAQs, support procedures and internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Positive, customer‑focused approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Additional language skills (French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German) are a plus.
