Customer Support Consultant (Part‑time, Remote, French & English)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. This part‑time, remote position focuses on evening and night‑shift assistance, helping customers with technical and refund queries while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, email and phone, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Handle inbound inquiries during scheduled night‑shift hours.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems related to chargers.
• Process refund requests and guide customers through the steps.
• Document interactions accurately and follow established support procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support handling chats, emails and calls.
• Availability for 6‑hour night‑shift schedules on a part‑time basis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Independent work style and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic technical troubleshooting of hardware and software.
