Customer Support Agent – EU (Day Shift)

About the role

The Customer Support Agent will handle pre‑order, post‑order and general inquiries for the European market, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers and sales teams. Based in Tunis, you will work on a day‑shift schedule, communicating via email, phone and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications, resolving inquiries, complaints and escalations.
• Provide pre‑order support: pricing, quotations, product information, samples and compliance queries.
• Deliver post‑order assistance: order tracking, delivery issues, returns, reverse logistics and order modifications.
• Create and manage tickets, service requests and credit memos in internal systems.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.

Required profile

• Available to handle both inbound and outbound communications during day‑shift hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow processes and document interactions.
• Team player who can work closely with cross‑functional departments.
