Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Regnology, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, retention and growth of our clients who rely on our regulatory reporting solutions. You will monitor the customer journey, analyse key performance indicators and act as the voice of the client within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with assigned customers through proactive and reactive engagements.
• Monitor customer health scores using KPIs, NPS and other feedback, and present regular service reviews.
• Develop and execute tailored Customer Success plans that address pain points and drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for customers, communicating their needs to product and delivery teams and ensuring transparent handling of difficult situations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
• Respond to major incidents in coordination with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Achieve assigned KPIs that underpin a consistent customer experience.
