About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Associate who can communicate fluently in German and English. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality support to internal teams and the broader community through phone, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions while documenting each interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer contact.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or help‑desk roles.
Professional fluency in both German and English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar support platforms (preferred).
